Samantha Ronson Was Busted for DUI

Samantha Ronson is spinning herself into trouble this time.
The DJ -and former lover of Lindsay Lohan- was arrested Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. outside of Baker, California, for driving under the influence.
33-year-old Ronson was actually pulled over for speeding in her black Porsche. As a law enforcement officer said, “Speed was why she was stopped, but she was arrested on [two] misdemeanors of driving under the influence.”
The officer continued, “When she was stopped, she showed signs of being impaired. [The officer] gave her balance tests and she showed signs of alcohol intoxication.”
After performing poorly on a field-sobriety test and refusing a Breathalyzer test, Ronson was hauled into the Baker Sheriff’s Department substation, where a test determined that her blood-alcohol level was over the legal limit.
Ronson was alone at the time of the arrest, as she was on her way home following a deejaying gig at Lavo nightclub in Las Vegas. She was reportedly cooperative during the arrest.
The celebrity DJ was released from the San Bernadino Sheriff’s office at 5:30 p.m.
