It’s hard for Paris Hilton to live a simple life.

On Monday, a man was busted by the cops after found loitering outside her Malibu Beach home.

According to the Malibu Sheriff’s Department, officers responded to a call of a suspicious person standing on the beach staring into Hilton’s estate.

Furthermore, the caller also stated his belief that the man was James Rainford, the 36-year-old man who has been jailed the third-time in less than a year for trying to meet Hilton.

When deputies arrived, paparazzi who were outside Hilton’s home pointed him out. Cops confirmed that Rainford was in violation of the protective order that barred him from coming within 200 yards of the socialite or her residence.

Rainford was taken into custody without incident, booked and is being held on $20,000 bail. He’s due to be arraigned in a Van Nuys courtroom Tuesday afternoon on the misdemeanor charge.

A judge issued a restraining order in October 2010 after he was arrested outside Hilton’s Hollywood Hills home.

He was arrested again in April after he attempted to grab Hilton’s then-boyfriend, Cy Waits, outside a Los Angeles courthouse where the pair testified against another man who attempted to burglarize the hotel heiress’ home in the Hollywood Hills.

Rainford pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery and was sentenced to 227 days in jail, but records show he was released on May 20, due to jail overcrowding and mandatory credits imposed by the state.

Poor Paris. Hopefully this time Rainford learns something.
