The Oscar-winning “Legally Blonde” actress swapped vows with Jim Toth, an entertainment agent on Saturday evening, as confirmed by her rep. They tied the knot in a private ceremony at Witherspoon’s ranch estate in Ojai, California, with a pre-wedding cocktail hour took place before the 20-minute ceremony.

35-year-old Witherspoon walked down the aisle to “Here Comes the Bride.” Her children from previous marriage to actor Ryan Phillippe, 11-year-old Ava and 7-year-old Deacon were seen happy accompanying their mom on her big day.
Other famous names on the guest list were Renée Zellweger, Salma Hayek, Tobey Maguire, Robert Downey Jr. and his wife, Susan, and Alyssa Milano and her CAA agent husband, David Bugliari.

Witherspoon and 40-year-old Toth became engaged in December, just a few weeks after the “Walk the Line” actress breaking up with fellow actor, Jake Gyllenhaal.
