You might still lingering Clooney’s appearance on “The American,” and longing for more. Well fans, your wishes is his command.

The handsome actor is attached to star in “The Monster of Florence,” an adaptation of a best-selling nonfiction book by Douglas Preston and Mario Spezi, about a serial killer who roamed the Italian city.

The future project is set up at Fox 2000, and will have Christopher McQuarrie as the screenwriter. McQuarrie was previously known for his work on “Usual Suspects” in 1995. Dan Jinks and Bruce Cohen of “American Beauty” act as producers of the movie, together with Clooney himself and business partner Grant Heslov.

It already has all the good materials, so let’s just wait and see for the result. We’re excited to see your work again, George!
