No, this is not another trick-or-treat joke. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian really are engaged!
Although the couple managed to shock several people about their ‘false engagement’ on Halloween, this time they want to make it right, and legit. According to E!Online, Cibrian had indeed popped the question recently and the duo are engaged.
A rep for Rimes had no comment about the happy news, but insider had said that the engagement was actually happened between Cibrian and the country singer, although no details about it were informed.
Rimes and Cibrian controversially hooked up last year after starring together in the TV movie “Northern Lights.” They denied the cheating rumors at first, but finally admitted the affair. Cibrian filed for divorce from Glanville that August, months after the rumored affair, while Rimes filed for divorce from her husband of seven years, Dean Sheremet, barely a week later.
In an interview with ABC News that aired yesterday, Rimes talked about the affair, saying: “You had two couples whose marriages didn’t work who really stumbled upon each other and fell in love. Nothing I’m going to say is going to change it. I do know that, and I have accepted that…but I do know how much I love him. So I’ve always said I don’t live my life with regret. I can’t.”
