Rihanna Released New Single and Announced Future Album’s Title
Rihanna fans, let’s shout out ‘loud’ our happiness!
After announcing the title of her fifth studio album, “Loud,” on her official fansite, the Barbados-born singer had released her new single Tuesday, titled “Only Girl (In the World).”
The “Disturbia” singer confirming her next album’s title when appearing on Ryan Seacrest’s morning radio show, saying, “Get loud everybody. Get crazy. Get excited. ‘Cause I’m pumped. I’m just gonna be me.”
The album was produced by Stargate, Norwegian hitmaking duo which already famous with their dancefloor tracks. Stargate is also responsible for her previous hit singles “Please Don’t Stop the Music,” “Hate That I Love You” and her most recent No. 1 hit, “Rude Boy.” So, looking at the history, it can be assumed that Rihanna’s next album will be full with tracks that will make your body dance to the beat!
When asked about her hopes for the new album; Rihanna said, “I’m gonna miss the Rated R era too, but nothing compares to the album I just made.” She further added, “I wanted the next step in the evolution of Rihanna, and it’s perfect for us.”
According to Nielsen SoundScan, her previous album “Rated R,” has sold 975,000 copies. Hopefully the next one will be even better, good luck RiRi!
