Sad news coming from star couple, Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane.

Court records show the “Medium” actress has filed for divorce in Los Angeles from her actor husband, Thomas Jane. Arquette cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakup in a divorce petition filed Friday.

This is the second time for 42-year-old Arquette filing for divorce. She sought to end her 4-year marriage with Jane for the first time in July last year, but soon dismiss the filing.

Arquette and Jane were married in May 2006, and have a 7-year-old daughter. She is also seeking for legal and physical custody of their daughter. Arquette was previously married to Nicolas Cage, and already has a son, 11-year-old Enzo, from previous relationship with musician Paul Rossi.

Jane currently stars as a football coach/gigolo named Ray Drecker on HBO’s popular summer series, “Hung.”
