Fellas, looks like your hope to be Megan Fox’s man had been crushed, again.

The “Jennifer’s Body” actress is off the market again, as she engaged -for a second time- to her longtime boyfriend, actor Brian Austin Green.

The news had been confirmed by Fox’s spokeswoman, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, and also by her publicist, Dominique Appel, without giving any further details. But several reports said, 36-year-old Green proposed to the 24-year-old hottie on June 1, just a few days after the couple witnessed Green’s former “Beverly Hills 90210″ co-star and pal Ian Ziering walked down the aisle.

According to Us Weekly, the proposal went down while the couple was vacationing at the Four Seasons Hualalai hotel in Hawaii, and Green’s bauble of choice for the romantic gesture was a 2-carat diamond from Beverly Hills’ Excalibur jewelry store.

The couple have been dating since 2004 and were previously engaged in November 2006. Unfortunately early last year, “The Transformers” actress called off the engagement, although they were spotted back out together shortly after. There’s no word yet on a possible wedding date.

Although you won’t see Fox as the sexy Mikaela Banes anymore on the upcoming “Transformers” third movie, but she can next be seen in the film “Jonah Hex,” opening Friday.
