Hail to Katy Perry!

The 25-year-old singer scored her second No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 singles chart with her latest single, “California Gurls,” which jumped one place to the top in its fourth week. Back in 2008, Perry previously led the chart for seven weeks with her breakthrough single “I Kissed a Girl.”

The cheerful song that was just being performed at the MTV Movie Awards alongside Snoop Dogg on Sunday, will be included on her new album, “Teenage Dream,” slated to be released on August 24.

So with this new position as champion, Perry’s duet partner on the latest track, Snoop Dogg also collected a third chart-topper, following his own “Drop It Like It’s Hot” in 2004 and Akon’s “I Wanna Love You,” on which he guested, in 2006.

Perry beats last week’s Billboard king, Usher, whose song “OMG,” featuring will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas, slipped to No. 2 after four non-consecutive weeks at No. 1. Next on the list are B.o.B’s “Airplanes” and Ke$ha’s “Your Love Is My Drug” held at Nos. 3 and 4, respectively.

Gym Class Heroes frontman Travie McCoy moved into the top 10 for the first time as a soloist, as “Billionaire” cashed in a six-point move to No. 5. Taio Cruz’s “Break Your Heart” slipped one to No. 6, as did Lady Gaga’s “Alejandro” to No. 7, and B.o.B’s “Nothin’ On You” to No. 8.

The Black Eyed Peas posted their fifth top-10 single from chart-topping album “The E.N.D.” as “Rock That Body” jumped seven places to No. 9. La Roux’s “Bulletproof” fell two to No. 10.

We’re happy for you… congrats, Katy!
