John Mayer Has Canceled Shows Due to Illness

John Mayer fans, let’s pray for the singer’s health!
According to a statement posted on his Web site, the Your Body is a Wonderland singer has canceled last night’s concert in Copenhagen and the rest of his shows in Europe due to illness.
With no further details, the statement also informed that Mayer is “returning home to the States and a full recovery is expected under a doctor’s supervision.”
Earlier this week, the pop star played a sold out show in Copenhagen. He also had two sold-out shows coming up in Amsterdam plus a festival appearance in Madrid and an arena show in Manchester. But unfortunately, he had to canceled his second performance last night.
Amessage was issued to explain last night’s canceled show, saying that “Regrettably, the illness has caused his remaining European shows scheduled through this week to be canceled as well (Amsterdam, Madrid and Manchester). Ticket holders should apply for refund from point of purchase.”
But don’t worry too much, dearest Mayer’s fans… because the 33-year-old singer/musician will be back on the road to continue his tour in the United States starting July 16 in Charlotte, NC.
