Probably looking for a variation from his glamorous and complicated life in Beverly Hills, Michael Steger will visit Bon Temps for awhile this summer.

Yes readers, the 90210 star is about to change his high school friends with a pack of werewolves, shapeshifters and vampires, as he had been confirmed will guest-star in one episode of  True Blood, the popular HBO vampire series.

Reportedly, 29-year-old Steger will play a gay prostitute who gets involved with the King of Mississippi Russell Edginton (Denis O’Hare). He is one of the newest guest stars of the series, along with British actress Lara Pulver (who played Isabella on the BBC’s Robin Hood). Pulver has been cast as Claudine, Sookie’s fairy godmother.

But don’t worry 90210‘s fans, Steger will not be leaving his role as Navid Shirazi. He will still involved for the next season of 90210. True Blood’s third season premieres on Sunday, June 13 at 9/8c, while 90210‘s second season finale will be aired a few weeks before.
