Happy news coming from actor Jeffrey Dean Morgan and his actress girlfriend Hilarie Burton.

Although it was just two weeks ago Morgan and Burton going public with their romance when they made their red carpet debut on April 20 in support of Morgan’s latest movie, The Losers, sources said that the couple had welcomed a son several months ago.

Not only that, reports also said that they -apparently- have been together for more than a year. A source spilled some beans, saying that “Their relationship moved really quickly.”

Even though the pregnancy was being kept under wraps from the public eyes, but it was said that 27-year-old Burton had shared the joyful news to her friends. As the source further reported, “She told friends about her pregnancy back in August after she had spent a lot of time with Jeffrey on location in New Mexico.” Morgan was filming The Resident in new Mexico with Hillary Swank.

The 44-year-old “Supernatural” vet and former “One Tree Hill” actress reportedly began dating early last year, shortly after Burton divorced her first husband, OTH assistant director Ian Prange. She left the CW show the same year and had not been seen publicly since, up until last month’s outing.

This is the first child for 27-year-old Burton and the second for Morgan, who has a 5-year-old son from a previous relationship with Sherrie Rose, an actress and producer. Morgan is best known for his role as Danny Duquette in Grey’s Anatomy. He had previously appeared in several movies too, such as The Watchmen and The Accidental Husband alongside Uma Thurman.
