Miley Cyrus Organized an Auction for Haiti
Helping hands will always be welcomed in earthquake-stricken country, Haiti. And the latest helping hands are the hands of Miley Cyrus.
The Hannah Montana star has organized an online auction to benefit the relief effort in Haiti. Connected by the same profession as entertainers, several celebrities has agreed too help Miley and her auction effort.
Britney Spears, Hugh Jackman, Ellen DeGeneres, Julianne Moore, Whoopi Goldberg, and Demi Lovato are among those who will donate their personal items and experiences. Womanizer singer, Britney Spears is donating her 2008 MTV Video Music Awards dress, while Cyrus herself is donating several items, including the Herve Leger dress she wore to the 2010 Grammy Awards.
Hugh Jackman, on the other hand, is helping the effort with a different kind of donation. The Wolverine star will give the lucky bidder a chance to have a tour on his new movie set. Other teen star, Lovato will donate her tour wardrobe and other items. The auction runs from 7 p.m. PST on Monday through 7 p.m. PST on Feb. 18, with all proceeds go to the American Red Cross.
