Sad news coming from the Kill Bill actress, who’s reportedly has broken off her engagement to her fiance, Swiss multimillionaire Arpad ‘Arki’ Busson. A source close to the couple confirmed that Thurman and Busson split almost two months ago, but they remain friends.
The couple started dating in 2007 and got engaged in June 2008 after 46-year-old Busson gave the actress an eight-carat diamond surrounded by 20 smaller stones. Unfortunately, the engagement only lasted for a year and a half.
39-year-old Thurman was previously married to actors Gary Oldman and Ethan Hawke, with whom she had two children. Meanwhile, Busson also has two children from his previous marriage to supermodel Elle MacPherson. Well, maybe Thurman and Busson’s next marriage are not with each other.
