Jennifer Lopez’s ex husband Ojani Noa is preparing a countersuit against the singer and actress for $100 million due to illegal attempt of selling Noa’s film production. The lawsuit is going to be filed next two weeks.

Noa produced a home video containing footages of pants-less Lopez on a motorcycle. J-Lo (Lopez’s famous nickname) then sued him for $10 million and was granted a temporary restraining order–which is expiring soon–to keep the video from public consumption.

Noa’s lawsuit charges not only J-Lo, but also her father, her lawyers and one of her business partners for interfering in his “documentary” production. Moreover, it also charges the fraud done by J-Lo’s mother, as Noa’s attorney Ed Meyer said, “Previously sold some of Ojani Noa’s home video footage to Univision without Ojani Noa’s express permission for $30,000.”

J-Lo and Noa were married in February 1997 and divorced in January 1998. They are heading for the court on December 1.

On Friday Meyer stated that he planned to enter the home videos into the public record. “I believe that I have an unalienable First Amendment right to enter the JLo home videos into the public court record, so as to defend myself. If Judge Chalfant has a problem with this, he can have me hauled out of the courtroom in handcuffs in front of the world media.”
