Beyonce added a new job description into her long list of professions. She is going to produce her own perfume. Sounds good, right? (or smells good?)

By signing a deal with Coty Inc., the Single Ladies singer will follow the footsteps of Halle Berry , Sarah Jessica Parker and Gwen Stefani, who are also cooperating with the company.

When talking about her new ‘job’, Beyonce said, “For me, fragrance reflects a woman’s attitude and unique sense of style. While I love various perfumes, I haven’t found a scent that truly personifies me as a woman. Working with Coty, I was able to turn my ideal fragrance into a reality by creating an alluring and sophisticated fragrance; one that’s reflective of my inner power.”

This is Beyonce’s first shot at creating a scent, but the 28-year-old superstar has fronted fragrance campaigns such as Tommy Hillfiger’s True Star in 2004 and Emporio Armani’s Diamonds fragrance in 2007. On what her scent will smell like is still a mystery, but Beyonce’s fragrance is set to hit stores this spring.
