Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick Welcomed Twins through Surrogate
Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are now the proud parents of twin girls delivered by a surrogate mother, as informed by the couple’s publicists on Tuesday.
Publicist Simon Halls said the girls were born Monday afternoon at an Ohio hospital, They were named Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick (weighed 5 pounds and 11 ounces) and Tabitha Hodge Broderick (weighed 6 pounds). Halls also informed that Hodge and Elwell are family names on Parker’s side.”The babies are doing beautifully and the entire family is over the moon.” The twins will join big brother 6-year-old James Wilkie, the first children of the couple who got married in 1997.
44-year-old Parker is expected to begin shooting a sequel later this year to the movie version of the TV series Sex and the City along with Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis. While 47-year-old Broderick will soon be seen again in the movie Margaret, alongside Anna Paquin.
