Apparently, the news about Speidi being tortured was just rumors.
The couple denied it themselves, when they issued a statement Monday. Speaking for their behalf, Speidi’s reps said, “Many of these reports are false and inaccurate, including any reports of ‘torture’ on the show. What we can say at this time is that Heidi went to a hospital in San Jose, Costa Rica, Saturday evening because she was not feeling well. She has been released from the hospital and is doing well.”
The statement also denied the inaccurate report about the Pratts have fired their legal counsel. It looks like Speidi will remain in the Costa Rican jungle, and still be a part of reality show I’m a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!
