Matt Giraud’s fans could breathe more easily this week, since although he was almost gone last week, but he is holding on strong.

One more week passing by in American Idol, but two hopeful singers were gone last night. More than 45 million votes were cast for this week’s “Disco Night” theme.

Sadly for Lil Rounds and Anoop Desai, their disco night is ended, along with their Idol nights, as the decision that both singers are out of the competition this week. Although both giving their great performances on Monday, but it’s not enough to hold their position any longer.

With the lost of two contestants, that means next week will be the battle of “The Top Five”, which are; Matt Giraud, Danny Gokey, Adam Lambert, Kris Allen, and 16-year-old Allison Iraheta.

Who will be cast off next week? Support your idol if you don’t him/her out from American Idol!
