Happy news for Britney Spears, and definitely happy news for her fans!

The comeback pop diva was previously rumored that she would cancel her upcoming Circus tour if lawyers of her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, didn’t allowed to let her take their sons with her, since Spears didn’t win the custody battle last year.

But good news came earlier today, as an announcement released by her reps was posted in her website. The statement read, “Britney is so excited to kick off her tour. She has been enjoying every moment of rehearsals and is looking forward to performing in front of a live audience again. Both Sean Preston and Jayden James will, in fact, be joining Britney throughout the duration of her tour.”

30-year-old Federline has primary custody of the kids, but Spears got visitation rights, that gave her permission to take care her boys about half the time these days. It’s a good thing Federline let the boys join their mom on the tour, so that this Womanizer singer could give her best performance without having a burden on her mind about the kids.

The Circus Starring Britney Spears 2009 Tour will be Spears’ first arena tour in five years, and it kicks off March 3 in New Orleans. Along the ride is The Pussycat Dolls, who are using this tour as the North American leg of their World Domination Tour. The tour is held to coincide with the album’s release (and also to support her fifth album, Blackout). So far, the tour has sold over 600,000 tickets.

Spears will be touring until June, with last destination is throughout United Kingdom. The tour is also planned to be broaden up to Australia. Good luck Britney, and have a great tour!
