Prince Harry is Now Single!
Prince Harry and Chelsy Davy
Have the hots for a royal hunk? Well get ready ladies, because Prince Harry is back on the market!
Yap, you heard me right! The 24-year-old Prince Harry and longtime girlfriend Chelsy Davy decided to ended their relationship. It was reported that 23-year-old Chelsy made the decision to break up because she felt she had enough of the prince’s playboy antics, and because of the amount of time of their togetherness is lacking. At the weekend, Davy changed her personal profile on her Facebook page, to read: “Relationship: Not in One.” The act signaling that it’s the end of the road of their five-years of romance.
Prince Harry, third in line to the throne, and Davy, the daughter of a millionaire safari operator, met through mutual friends in 2004. The pair later on conducted a long-distance relationship for three years while Davy studied at a university in Cape Town, South Africa, and Harry was enrolled at Britain’s Sandhurst military academy.
The couple once briefly split in 2007 when Harry chose to watch the Rugby World Cup final rather than spend time with his girlfriend on her birthday. The split was temporary, because they started dating again shortly after. Hmm… don’t know about this particular split, though. A royal source said about the split, “They are remaining friends. There have been all sorts of reasons given [for the split] but suffice it to say they felt that it had run its course.” Another source even more confirming, heard saying: “They are still on speaking terms but they are categorically no longer an item.”
The couple spent a romantic holiday together in the Indian Ocean nation of Mauritius about three weeks ago. But unfortunately, things didn’t go well as planned, and the relationship had stumbled upon a rough patch. Hopefully both will soon healed from the heart break, and might find new love. Best wishes for both!
