It’s another baby girl as New Year’s gift for the Afflecks!

Celebrity couple, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck welcomed baby girl no. 2 in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Affleck’s spokesman, Shawn Sachs, and Garner’s spokeswoman, Leslie Sloane-Zelnik, shared the happy news but would not provide any additional details, including the baby’s name. The newborn’s condition reportedly healthy.

36-year-old Affleck co-starred with Garner, also 36, in 2003′s superhero movie Daredevil. They began dating in 2004, and the two were engaged after nine months of dating. Not long after that, Garner and Affleck were married in June 2005. And now, the new daughter joins 3-year-old sister Violet, who was born in December 2005.

Former Alias star, Garner will soon be seen in an upcoming comedy film entitled This Side of the Truth, directed by comedian Ricky Gervais and Matthew Robinson. While Affleck, who was not seen in the big screen last year, will be more active this year. The multi-talented actor reportedly will be starring in 3 movies; including romantic comedy He’s Just Not That Into You, alongside Drew Barrymore and Jennifer Aniston, slated to hit theaters early February.
