Mariah Carey is practicing her diva attitude, again, at last night’s World Music Awards. The show organizers awarded her with a Special Achievement honor and they have to pick her up -in a special and expensive ways- to attend the ceremony in Monte Carlo, Monaco. Plus an extraordinary treatment for the I Stay In Love singer.

According to the UK’s Daily Mail, Mimi demanded a £100,000 ($156,000) private jet transport to the ceremony in Monte Carlo and a £10,000 ($15.6K) a-night penthouse suite at the exclusive Hotel de Paris for two nights. She also asked for similar VIP treatment at the hotel for her 15-strong entourage of stylists and personal assistants. She got some ‘troops of beauty’ there!

Then again, apparently the kitchen at the five-star hotel just wasn’t quite up to Mimi’s standard for dinner. So she had renowned Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse brought to the hotel to cook her a private dinner. Being pretty impressed by the chef’s cooking, she asked if Ducasse could stay and teach her how to cook the clam linguine for her new husband Nick Cannon.

38-year-old Carey gave a short speech after collecting her Special Achievement award at this year’s WMA. It was reported that she was later soon escorted home. Well, with the news spoken, it seemed that Carey’s legendary diva ways are still here to stay. I guess she should know about the limits. That is just too much girl!
