More From the Case of Hayden Panettiere’s Dad
Hayden Panettiere
As the Heroes series entering season 3, the father of Heroes cutie, Hayden Panettiere is also entering another step in his misdemeanor battery case.
On his Tuesday arraignment at a Beverly Hills courthouse, Hayden Panettiere’s father, Alan was temporarily ordered by the judge not to “harass, strike or threaten” his wife, Lesley Vogel. Judge H. Chester Horn ruled the protective order until Panettiere’s another arraignment date of December 11. If convicted, Panettiere faces up to a year in county jail. Panettiere came to the courthouse accompanied by his wife, but their daughter Hayden did not attend. They did not make any comments to press.
49-year-old Panettiere was arrested back in August 11, after the incident where he struck his wife three times with an open hand. It was a result of constant arguments between the two after returning from a charity event hosted by their daughter. One of the sheriff’s official confirmed that alcohol was involved. Panettiere was later released on $50,000 bail. Hayden gave a statement supporting his dad, saying, “It was blown way out of proportion by a sheriff who wanted his 15 minutes of fame.”
Hayden is currently busy filming season 3 of Heroes, seven episodes of the season have been aired. Hayden’s character in the series, Claire Bennett is finding out more about her ability in this season. With each and every episodes brings thrills and excitements, Heroes is one of the series I’ve always waiting for.
Well, back to the case, hopefully it will be solved with what’s best for all parties. Best wishes for the Panettiere family!
