The 22nd franchise of Bond movies, Quantum of Solace, will soon hit the theaters on November 7. And with the launch of the infamous 007 latest movie, comes along a new theme song for the movie.

Alicia Keys and Jack White (of The White Stripes) have the honor to record “Another Way to Die”, which will be the first duet in Bond soundtrack history. The song is written by White, and the soundtrack album will be released on October 28, by J Records.

A few months ago, it was reported that famous producer Mark Ronson and british soul diva, Amy Winehouse recorded a demo track for the film, but then the collaboration didn’t completed the task. About the reason behind the split, Winehouse’s representatives called “different directions”, while stated by Ronson that due to Winehouse’s well-publicized legal issues in the preceding weeks that she was “not ready to record any music” at that time.

Well, Keys and White might be the right partner after all for this project. Couldn’t wait to hear the song, and of course, waiting unpatiently for the movie too!
