Being a baby of famous parents is definitely something to grateful for. That’s what baby Knox and Vivienne had. Not only they got Brad Pitt as their father and Angelina Jolie as their mother, but apparently, they will have Bono as their godfather. Wow twins, some parents you got there!

It started when Jolie-Pitt and the newborns spent a week at Bono’s village, in the South of France, not long after Jolie gave birth to the twins. As a gratitude for Bono, the couple asked the U2 frontman to be the twins’ godfather.

The 48-year-old singer and humanitarian was reported accepted the offer immediately. A source said, “They have been friends for years. Brad is a massive U2 fan and told Bono how much he admired him when they were introduced at a party a few years back.

Since then, they’ve become very close, which Brad is thrilled about. Angelina is inspired by Bono’s humanitarian work and gets on with his wife Ali Hewson. Ali’s given Angelina some clothes from her ethical clothing range Edun”.

The pair also planned to have a christening ceremony to welcome Bono into the extended family, but they have not yet decided the dates yet, or if he will be sharing his duties with a godmother. Which i’ll be delighted to be one, of course. (in my wildest dream, hehe…)
