Court allowed to sing Pitbull about Lindsay. Yearly dispute between rapper Pitbull and scandalous actress Lindsay Lohan finally overred but the girl failed in this fight.

Claimant couldn’t persuade the court that she found lines about herself in the songs of Pitbull whicj had brought her emotional suffernes.
The Court decided that Pitbull song is the piece of art and Lindsay’s name mentioned casually that’s why there is no reason for her suffering.

The point is that in the song “Give Me Everything” he used her name “Locked up like Lindsay Lohan”. Actress was very upset and appealed to the court. She said that the singer didn’t ask her personal permission to use her name that’s why he had no right to earn money for her account.
She said that it made her reputation worse and insisted to take away the song from rotation and she got reimbursement.
By the way Pitbull himself declared that he didn’t want to hurt the famous star.  He said that in the statement “Locked up” wasn’t anything in common with her incarceration and used in the meaning ” to rule some territory.”
