Bankrupt American singer Tony Braxton remitted $53 490 to her husband illegally trying to keep this money from creditors payment.
Financier who conducts the case about Braxton bankruptcy declared that according new documents stars’ husband got above mentioned amount of money. It had already happened after all fortune was written of and passed to creditors.
Now financiers try to get back this money and send them for reimbursement of many millions debt of the star.
Although Tony’s representatives said that transaction was legal and necessary and they are going to defend their opinion in the court.
As we know at first Braxton said she was bankrupt in 1998 and her debt was $3,9 million. Then famous star and winner of 6 Grammy Awards announced that since 2010 she ran into a debt from $10 to 50 million because her input was failed.
